    You’ve probably heard me say it before: great sex doesn’t come from going harder or faster. 

    It comes from awareness. 

    From tuning into your partner’s responses, adjusting your pace, changing angles, and using your whole body. Let’s break this down together:

    1. Rhythm & Pace

    Want to know what most men get wrong? 

    They default to one speed and one rhythm. But her body responds to contrast. Start slow (tease, pause, let her anticipation build), then bring in short bursts of intensity. 

    When you switch between slow, deep strokes and rhythmic pulses, you create waves of sensation that light up her nervous system. This variety prevents overstimulation of the same nerve endings and helps avoid numbing or desensitization, keeping her sensations alive and dynamic.
